an elevated charcuterie experience

April 11 | Saturday 6-8 PM

Join us with Jen from Shareable Boards for a hands-on class centered on the art, sourcing, and storytelling behind a truly distinctive charcuterie experience.

This is about understanding the product and its role in creating something memorable. We will feature Mila’s Kitchen Hawai‘i ingredients including fresh macnuts, guava and lilikoi jams, and Hawaiian honey, and teach how each element contributes to flavor, texture, and presentation.

You will learn:

  • Why ingredient quality shapes the entire experience

  • How to pair sweet, savory, and seasonal elements

  • Plating techniques that feel refined and intentional

  • How to design a board that is visually striking and beautifully balanced
